The deadline for full paper submission for the IEEE NEWCAS 2017 Conference is extended to March 8th.

The 15th IEEE International NEWCAS Conference will be held in Strasbourg, France, on June 25-28, 2017. The program of the conference will be tailored to reflect the wide spectrum of topics and research interest shared among the organizing entities. This collaboration will be oriented towards advanced research in adaptive systems which constitutes the highlights of the NEWCAS conference, but also areas related to analog and digital signal processing, low power consumption, circuits and systems designs. The topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Analog/mixed signal circuits
  • Biomedical circuits and systems
  • CAD and design tools
  • Communication circuits and systems
  • Computer architecture and memories
  • Device modeling
  • Digital circuits
  • Digital signal processing
  • Embedded systems
  • Energy harvesting circuits
  • Imaging & image sensors
  • Low-power low-voltage design
  • Microsystems
  • Neural networks
  • RF circuits
  • Sensory circuits and systems
  • Technology trends
  • Test and verification

Authors of double-column full papers are welcome to submit their article here before the 26th of February, 2017. Guidelines and template (standard IEEE double-column format) can be found here.

Following the conference, authors of the best lecture papers (evaluation based on papers’ review as well as on papers’ presentation) will be invited to submit an extended version of their paper for publication in a special issue of the Springer US international journal Analog Integrated Circuits and Signal Processing (AICSP).

The technical program of NEWCAS 2017 will include special sessions to complement the regular technical program with emerging topics of particular interest to the attendees. Organizers of special session are invited to submit a session rationale as well as a short biography, along with the list of invited papers. Please submit proposals by emails before the 22nd of January, 2017.

Detailed information can be found here.

3-hour tutorials will be organized on Sunday 25th, 2017. Authors are invited to submit an abstract of the tutorial as well as a short biography before the 22nd of January, 2017. Please submit proposals by e-mail to  Tutorials co-Chairs: Hervé BarthélémyNathalie Deltimple, and Frédéric Nabki. Notification of acceptance will be sent on January 30th.
